About Kathleen Comerford

Kathleen Comerford, MBA , Broker and Team Owner, is a highly accomplished real estate professional with a remarkable background and extensive experience in the industry. Her passion for real estate began at an early age, evidenced by the elaborate condo projects she developed for her Barbie Dolls. She subsequently furthered this interest by obtaining an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Wharton Business School.

After completing her education, Kathleen embarked on a successful career on Wall Street, where she spent over a decade involved in real estate development, investment banking, and fund management. Seeking new challenges, she retired from Wall Street to establish her own development company in New York City that specialized in acquiring, redeveloping, and selling undervalued properties and transforming them into Uber-Luxury assets. Several of these properties were featured on TV and in prominent magazines.

For over a decade now, Kathleen has been operating as a real estate broker in Florida, catering to residential, luxury, and commercial clients. She is committed to prioritizing her clients' financial interests above all else while delivering exceptional service, expertise, and professionalism along the way. Through her dedication, she has earned a reputation as one of the most sought-after brokers in her market.

Kathleen represents both buyers and sellers across various real estate sectors, including luxury and waterfront homes, residential and commercial properties, raw land, new construction, and real estate investments. She holds a specialty and certification in relocation, enabling her to efficiently facilitate moves ranging from single-family relocations to major corporate transfers. Her relocation team, supported by a trusted vendor network, has consistently saved clients substantial amounts of money, ranging from 40% to 75%, in moving and relocation expenses.

While Kathleen serves clients throughout the United States and 24 other countries via the eXp Realty Referral Network, her primary focus is on the Southeast and Southwest coastal regions of Florida. In her leisure time, she enjoys the stunning Florida beaches, golf courses, and boating waterways with her husband, family, and friends. Kathleen is a proud pet parent to two mini-Schnauzers and is married to Edward, a 21-year Air Force veteran, and custom home builder.
